Public Comment Period Extended for the Draft MS4 Permit

From IDEM:

We have received several comments requesting an extension on the public notice for the draft MS4 Permit. We have extended the public comment period to two weeks. Therefore the public comment period will end of February 8, 2021. Please continue to follow instructions on submittal of comments using the program email account at [email protected].

This extension for public comment only applies to the MS4 permit. The public notice for the Construction Stormwater Permit will close on January 25, 2021.

The website public comment page is being update to reflect this extension.
