Program Manager Stormwater Assets - Indianapolis Marion County DPWPosted: March 12 The Program Manager of Stormwater Assets is responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of all stormwater infrastructure, including culverts, levees, dams, pipes, inlets, and related assets. This includes maintaining incident and emergency action plans for two state regulated high hazard dams, United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) levee oversight and coordination, and oversight of both FEMA accredited levees and the City’s Flood Response Plan. This role also involves developing and implementing comprehensive asset management programs to ensure the long-term sustainability and functionality of stormwater systems. This position will coordinate closely with various departments, including DPW Operations and the planning of Capital Projects to prioritize and address drainage issues, optimize maintenance schedules, and allocate resources effectively. Additionally, the position will be responsible for receiving, analyzing, and assigning drainage complaints for resolution, ensuring that all activities align with departmental goals and regulatory requirements.
