The Environmental Manager a senior-level environmental manager providing expertise in the areas of developing, coordinating and implementing within respective program areas, as well as providing administrative and technical support to public, state and federal offices and industries.This position resides within the IDEM Office of Water Quality, Watershed Assessment and Planning Branch, Watershed Planning and Restoration Section. The successful candidate will provide grant management services to central Indiana and will serve as the Nonpoint Source Technical Expert on statewide projects such as tracking Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) and Watershed Management Plan implementation activities in watersheds across the state and serving as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders, including the TMDL program, Clean Water State Revolving Load Fund, National Water Quality Initiative, and source water interests.
