EPA Proposed Construction and Development Effluent Limitations Guidelines

INAFSM has developed a Fact Sheet and Comment Letter addressing EPA’s proposed C&D ELGs. Both of these documents are available in MS Word and PDF formats. You are welcome to utilize these documents to create your own comment letter. We ask that you please do not utilize the INAFSM letterhead, our contact information stated in the last sentence of our comment letter, or our signature names at the end of our letter. The INAFSM highly recommends that all interested and effected parties submit comments to EPA on this issue. Please be aware that all comments must be received by EPA no later than February 26, 2009.
