2007 CONFERENCE - CFM Registration

REGISTRATION FOR CERTIFIED FLOODPLAIN MANAGER (CFM) EXAM

The CFM exam will again be offered this year at the INASFM 11th Annual Conference. Conference attendance is not required to sit for the exam. The exam will be conducted on Septmber 13, 2007 at 1:30 pm . Exam applicants should visit the Association of State Floodplain Managers’ (ASFPM) website at www.floods.org for Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) qualification, exam requirements and CFM applications. Go to the Certification box and click on “Apply”. Prior to the test date, applicants can download FEMA Form 480 from the ASFPM site and use as a study guide for the CFM exam. Applicants should join ASFPM for an annual fee of $90.00, and then pay the exam fee of $100.00. Both fees can be paid at the same time of applying for the exam. The non-member fee for the CFM exam is $320.00. Applicants should have their applications and fees submitted to ASFPM, 2 weeks prior to the test date. No walk-ins will be allowed on the test date.
