2011 Annual Conference
September 14-16, 2011 --- Pokagon State Park
Sponsors & Vendors
The INAFSM 2011 Conference is fast approaching. The conference is being held at Pokagon State Park in Steuben County, north of Angola, Indiana. The conference will begin at 12:30 PM on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 and end at 12:00 PM on Friday, September 16, 2011. We are sending out reminders and requests for sponsorships. As we’ve said many times in the past, our sponsors make the conference possible and allow us to provide a quality learning experience. Due to the increasing costs to provide facilities, program materials and meals, the sponsorship fee has been increased to $600. The fee includes the following: one exhibit space in the main meeting hall with a table and access to electricity; logo/company name on the program, the INAFSM website (after registration and through the conference), and at the registration desk; and recognition throughout the conference. To facilitate planning of the conference, we encourage everyone to register early. The sponsorship fee will increase to $750 after July 29th and to $900 after August 19th. Sponsor registration will end on September 2, 2011.
For an additional $750, a sponsor will not only receive the benefits listed above but the Association will display their company information on the INAFSM website for the 12 month period beginning October 1, 2011 and ending September 30, 2012. The website will display the company name, logo, services and product information, and contact information. If you are interested, please contact Daryl Helfert, Matt Rummel or Unique Dahl (contact information below).
Vendors should register for the conference using the link below. This link includes the general registration form for the conference, but also provides the option to register as a vendor for the event. Once registered, please send an email to Unique Dahl indicating which table you would prefer to display your wares. You can view a diagram of the room layout to select your location.
Registration will be open through September 2, 2011, but you can take advantage of the early-bird rate if you register before July 29, 2011. The individual registration fee provides each registrant access to all conference events and programs, all meals, and all program materials. While attending the conference, all sponsor representatives must adhere to the following conference policies:
- Badges must be worn at all times while at conference. To receive meals or to attend sessions, you must have a badge.
- Assistants are allowed for set-up and tear-down only. Set-up can be accomplished Tuesday, September 13th after 6 PM or Wednesday, September 14th from 7 AM to11 AM. Tear- down can be done Thursday, September 15th between 5 and 6 PM or Friday, September 16th after 12 PM.
- No sharing of badges will be allowed. If additional person stays past set-up/tear down a FULL registration fee must be paid
We hope you’ll be joining us this year in Pokagon State Park. Please feel free to contact Unique or Daryl if you have any questions. We greatly appreciate your continued support.
