To ensure that these municipalities are complying with their permit requirements, EPA and some States have been conducting audits to assess compliance. During his tenure Jim has worked with many community organizations and regulatory agencies to fulfill the expectations and obligations of the various municipalities. Jim received his BS in Civil Engineering from Tri State University in 1982 and is a member of APWA and ASCE.
